I'd ask that you do not share this page publicly, as it's intended to be an internal resource for my clients only.
WHAT: VOICE TEACHER
WHO: MIKE RUCKLES
WEBSITE: mikeruckles.com
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? email him at scheduling at mikeruckles.com
Mike is one of the industry's favorite voice teachers (and used to be my voice teacher when I was a performer.) because of his high demand he's pretty expensive, but the caliber of his work speaks for itself. PERSONALLY, I think he's a great resource if you have something specific coming up (a callback/upcoming gig) that you need a lesson on.
WHAT: VOICE TEACHER
WHO: CHRIS SANDERS
WEBSITE: christophermsanders.com/studio
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? email him at ChrisSandersStudio@gmail.com
BONUS Tell him you're a client of mine & you'll get his friends/fam rate
(yes- this is my boyfriend and he teaches out of our house!)
Chris completed his Masters in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy at NYU where he also served as an adjunct member of the voice faculty for two years. His private studio has students that range from high school students to Broadway Performers. He teaches both in-person and on ZOOM.
WHAT: REP BOOK BUILDING
WHO: ANDRE CATRINI
WEBSITE: andrecatrini.com/coachinginfo
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? click the link on his website
Andre is a brilliant musical theatre composer, and a freak of musical-theatre-history nature. (He also MD'd my very first solo show in NYC!) His encyclopedic knowledge of the form makes him really REALLY good at rep-building. When you meet with him, you'll sing through some of your current rep (if you have some) and talk about where you'd love to be working in the industry. Then he can work with you to build a rep book of stuff that's perfect for you so you feel awesome walking into just about any audition.
WHAT: AUDITION COACHING
WHO: TRAVIS GREISLER
WEBSITE: travisgreisler.com
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? contact through his website
Travis grew up on Broadway as a performer, and is now an industry-darling with a long directing resume including Associate Directing on Broadway. I've worked with him, as have many of my friends, and he never fails to get rave reviews (and to help his clients get BOOKED.) He coaches on zoom or in-person and there's lots more info on his website.
WHAT: MUSICAL DIRECTOR
WHO: DREW WUTKE
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? drewwutke@gmail.com
Drew has been my go-to Musical Director for all of my projects since 2013. When I do my solo shows, he rehearses me, hires/wrangels the band, coordinates arrangements, runs sound check, and is just generally the greatest collaborator to have on a project like that. I can not recommend him more highly. Note that he is BUSY, but if you can get him... get him.
He's also an arranger, and makes tracks if you need a plunk track, a rehearsal track, or even something to perform along to.
WHAT: ARRANGER / TRACK PRODUCTION
WHO: TRIPP FOUNTAIN
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? tripp.fountain@gmail.com
BONUS tell him you're a client of mine and you'll get his friends/fam rate
Tripp can help you take the generic sheet music that's downloadable online and turn it into something specifically tailored to suit you. This includes transposition, cuts, or completely reinventing an arrangement. He can also magically make sheet music based on recordings/YouTube videos (a skill that continues to baffle me.)
Tripp also produces music tracks for podcasts/tv shows/etc. I can say something like "I need a 30-second music clip that feels like an excited welcome theme" and he builds me something.
WHAT: PUPPET BUILDER, ILLUSTRATOR, GRAPHIC DESIGNER
WHO: JOEL GENNARI
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH? joel.gennari80@gmail.com
Joel is the mastermind behind most of the puppets that I've worked with. We met on Avenue Q, and since then he's become a Master Builder for The Jim Henson Company. If you're looking for custom professional puppets, he is about as good as they get.
Joel is also an incredible illustrator & graphic designer who has designed merch for Drag Queens and other celebrities.
